1.) The angles has to be the same to have two simular parallelograms.
2.) To find a missing side length you have to find the scale factor first.
3.) The other side lengths has to be 8.5 for each side that was 4 inches.

What else has to be the same in order for shapes to be similar? Also, I think you made a mistake on #3 - the sf should be 2.5. 6/9 Rachel.
